Fixed term plans

  • Either 6 or 12 weeks fixed term plan, paid for upfront. Perfect for a specific goal event, or for a solid fitness boost. These are still bespoke, 1:1 coaching plans tailored to you and your goals, this is not a cookie cutter pre-made plan for a discounted price.

    6 week plan is 25% off what you would pay with the monthly plan and would be a great first dip into coaching, allowing you to see the benefits and if a monthly plan is right for you.

    12 weeks is 30% off the monthly payment, and can take you you though the majority of winter training or the pre-season to maximise your summer of racing and goal smashing. Also great for cyclo-cross or in preparation for the hill climb season!

  • 6 week plan

    Minimum time, maximum benefit. Struggling to break a stubborn TT PB, or complete your first sportive, six weeks might be what you need to achieve those goals!

    Major jumps in fitness can be made in 12 weeks, transforming your riding and results. the ideal time period to make physiological shifts to set the base for a great season or cruise through that big goal event.
