The Fundamental coaching package provides what I believe is the minimum required to make you a better athlete.

  • Tailored to your discipline, road, track, time trail, cyclo-cross and MTB

  • Bespoke, individualised 1:1 coaching plan

  • Weekly phone call to go through the week of training and plan the next one

  • Initial consultation, questionnaire, training review if required, and a follow up call before any training is planned

  • Unobtrusive training to fit in, and around your life and commitments

  • Women’s specific training is available

£100/€120 per month

Paid after the consultation, questionnaire, and follow up phone call. If you are not happy with the direction we want to go with training towards your goal, you do not pay a thing.
Payment required before first week of training is planned

Elite


The Elite coaching package is for those who wish to maximise performance, and strive to be the best athlete they can be. Not just training on the bike, but working towards creating the very best environment to be the best you can be.

  • Tailored to your discipline, road, track, time trail, cyclo-cross and MTB

  • Bespoke, individualised 1:1 coaching plan

  • Unlimited contact and plan modifications, as well as scheduled calls

  • Initial consultation, questionnaire, training review if required, and a follow up call before any training is planned

  • Unobtrusive training to fit in, and around your life and commitments

  • Nutrition guidance for on and off the bike

  • Off the bike work including strength and conditioning, stretching, mobility, and breath work

  • Sports psychology aids incorporated into training, designed and under the guidance of Dr Phil Harrison

  • Focus on building a solid coach/athlete partnership sharing a common goal

  • Women’s specific training is available

    Minimum Requirements

  • At least 12 hours a week to train

  • A bike fit, you cannot pay this amount of money and dedicate the time if you have a fit that may cause injury or unnecessary stress on the body. You would be wasting your own time and money

  • Heart rate monitor

  • Powermeter

£200/€220 per month

Paid after the consultation, questionnaire, and follow up phone call. If you are not happy with the direction we want to go with training towards your goal, you do not pay a thing.

Aspire


The Aspire coaching package is for Junior category athletes only. Specifically designed around younger athletes, with a focus on learning and developing. This package offers all the same features as the Elite package but at a reduced price

  • Tailored to your discipline, road, track, time trail, cyclo-cross and MTB

  • Bespoke, individualised 1:1 coaching plan

  • Weekly phone call to go through the week of training and plan the next one

  • Initial consultation, questionnaire, training review if required, and a follow up call before any training is planned

  • Unobtrusive training to fit in, and around your life and commitments, with education coming first

  • Nutrition guidance for on and off the bike

  • Off the bike work including strength and conditioning, stretching, mobility, and breath work

  • Sports psychology aids incorporated into training, designed and under the guidance of Dr Phil Harrison

  • Focus on building a solid coach/athlete partnership sharing a common goal

  • Emphasis on learning and developing the skills and assets a young rider needs to progress

  • Women’s specific training is available
